Exchanges & Returns
We accept exchanges and return for store credit within 7 days after receiving your order. If you would like to exchange, simply email us at firstname.lastname@example.org requesting an exchange/store credit authorization. Please note exchanges depend on size availability and cannot be guaranteed. We carefully assess the garment and hold the right to refuse any returns which do not meet our return policy requirements.
Items must be exchanged in new and unworn condition. Returns or exchanges that are damaged, altered, and used will not be accepted. All items returned should include the original tags.
We strictly do not accept the following:
- - Garments with stains (including makeup)
- - Garments without original tags
- - Garments that have been worn for press or photoshoots
Defective or Incorrect Items
If an item shipped to you is damaged or incorrect, please contact customer service immediately at email@example.com.
