What is your shipping policy?

DOMESTIC

We ship domestically via USPS Priority Mail to all 50 states within the United States of America. All shipped items include tracking.

We provide expedited UPS 2nd Day Air for urgent packages. Please note that UPS does not count Sunday as a working business day.

INTERNATIONAL

We do ship internationally under request. Please reach out via Contact page to arrange an international order.

 

What payment methods do you accept?

Credit Cards

  • We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and JCB

Apple Pay

  • Any Apple Pay Payment associated with a valid Apple ID is accepted

Google Pay

  • Any form of Google Pay Payment associated with a valid Gmail is accepted

Paypal

  • Any form of payment method within your Paypal account is accepted 

Do you accept returns?

We currently only offer exchanges and/or return for store credit. All items returned must be accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase. Buyer is responsible for return shipping fee unless noted by website through promotion, special event(s), etc. Store credit will be issued within 3-5 days of receiving your return package. 

Any items marked Final Sale on our website are not accepted for exchanges or store credit.

 

How should I care for my garment?

We recommend green dry cleaning all of our garments as most of our fabrics (i.e Silk) are delicate. If dry cleaning is not accessible, we recommend lightly hand washing in cold water.
